Equal rights or equal outcomes.  Pick one.

Government is to jobs as friction is to motion.  Friction doesn’t create motion, but it sure can bring an end to it.

Politics is the art of creating minority groups and then exploiting their minority status for purposes of control.

If you ask Uncle Sam to ignore the Constitution and outlaw sex-selective abortion, how can you object when he ignores the Constitution and implements birth control mandates?  Beyond being good or bad, policy must be set at the appropriate level of government.

Which is worse, when a state nullifies an unconstitutional federal action, or when the federal government nullifies the Constitution?

Intentional or not, what is happening to our state and local police is entirely foreseeable:

Federal surplus military gear supplied to local police departments ==> Police militarization ==> Police abuse ==> Community outrage ==> Federal oversight ==> Federal control ==> Police militarization ==> …

What good does it do to defend our freedoms in Afghanistan and Iraq while surrendering them here at home?

Water seeks its own level.  So does the economy.  Like wind whipping up the waves, government action only destabilizes the economy.
